How do I book a party?
You can book directly through our website, by email, or by phone. A non refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and package. Last minute bookings may be available depending on availability.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Toronto and surrounding areas. Please contact us to discuss your event location.
Can I request a specific performer or character?
Yes, requests can be made and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Are your performers trained?
Yes. All entertainers are professionally trained, experienced, and fully insured.
Party Info
Can we extend the booking time?
Absolutely. While standard packages start at one hour, you can easily upgrade to 90 minutes, two hours, or longer when booking. If you need more time on the day of the event, just ask our artists we’re happy to extend if the schedule allows!
Do you offer customized party experiences?
Yes. We specialize in customized entertainment and can tailor themes, activities, and experiences to suit your event.
How many children can participate?
Our team can comfortably entertain up to 20 children per party. For larger groups, we highly recommend booking multi-artist teams
Are your materials safe for children?
Yes. All materials used during our performances are safe, child friendly, and selected with care.
EVENT DAY GUIDE
When should I schedule the entertainer to arrive?
We recommend booking your entertainer to arrive 30 to 45 minutes after your guests are expected to arrive.
What if I don’t have a pool for a mermaid party?
No pool is required. Our mermaid parties can include land based themed games and activities instead of swim sessions.
Do parents or guardians need to stay during the party?
Yes. A parent, guardian, or responsible adult 18 or older must remain on site for the duration of the event.
What should I prepare for the entertainer?
A clear space for activities and access to the performance area is recommended so we can safely run the entertainment.
Specialty Events & Camps
Do you offer entertainment for schools, camps, or large events?
Yes. We provide entertainment for schools, camps, festivals, community events, and corporate functions. Our experiences can be adapted for large groups and structured schedules.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes. We can scale our entertainment for larger groups by adding additional performers or adjusting the format to suit the event size and flow.
Do you offer recurring bookings or multi day events?
Yes. We can work with schools and organizations for recurring visits or multi day programming
What types of activities do you provide for larger events?
We tailor activities to the event type and audience, which may include interactive performances, themed entertainment, games, and walk around character experiences.
POLICIES AND WEATHER
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You may reschedule your event up to 10 days before your party date. The booking retainer is non refundable.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
For all outdoor events, a backup indoor location is required.
If weather conditions such as rain, high winds, extreme heat, or extreme cold occur, performances must be moved indoors to ensure safety and quality of entertainment for everyone involved.
